Planning Questionnaire

 

Foundation Asset Management is committed to serving as a fundamental resource for our clients. If you are a prospective client, here are steps we suggest:

 

Step One: Introduction 

You get to know us, we get to know you.  An initial call or in-person meeting will allow for dialogue to help determine if our firm’s philosophy and services match you and your planning needs. To increase the value of our initial time together, we ask that you provide some information so we can understand your current financial situation and future goals.

Step Two: Analysis

If it is mutually determined that Foundation Asset Management may be the right firm for you, then we will perform a thorough analysis of your financial and investment picture, as well as propose a comprehensive “plan of action” tailored to your objectives.

 

Step Three: Plan Presentation

We will guide you through your financial plan.  You will be able to confirm our interpretation of your investment goals, and modify if necessary.  Once this is done, we will review specific financial planning recommendations for your approval.  

 

Step Four: Implementation

At this point, we can develop an action plan to implement any of the recommendations you decide to move forward with.  You decide how to prioritize your financial goals.

 

Step Five: New Client Services

We will walk you through viewing your accounts on-line, acclimating to new statements and reports, and setting up paperless delivery if you prefer.
